General terms

FilesConvert is an online file conversion service operated by Dattern LLC. These terms govern your use of the service. Some features require a paid monthly subscription.

By using FilesConvert, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is intended for adults only.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us at dattern.llc+contact@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

FilesConvert is offered as a paid subscription with an initial 7-day paid trial that includes up to 10 conversions. The trial fee is charged when the trial begins and is non-refundable.

At the end of the trial, your plan automatically rolls over to a monthly subscription that includes up to 100 conversions per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from your account. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged for the subscription; the trial fee remains non-refundable. If you cancel during a paid month, you keep access until the end of that billing period and no refund is issued for the remaining days.

Unused conversions do not roll over: any remaining quota expires at the end of each billing cycle. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you subscribe; promotional or standard prices may change over time but such changes do not affect your existing subscription.

You agree not to use FilesConvert to:

• upload, convert, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
• circumvent technical protections or rate limits;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the service;
• use the service to process content you do not have the right to process.

You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the converted output. You grant us a limited, temporary right to process your files solely to deliver the conversion you requested. The FilesConvert service, brand, and code remain the exclusive property of Dattern LLC.

Uploaded files and their converted versions are stored for one hour after conversion, then permanently deleted from our servers. You are responsible for downloading your files within that window.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dattern LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
